Monitor and process all residents' healthcare and medications.
Train staff in medication procedures.
Provide input for and execute Resident's Medication Management plans.
Prepare medication charts monthly to accurately reflect current medication regimen.
Supervise Health Specialist.
Qualifications:
Preferred AA/AS in Human Services related field.
Clean and Valid NYS Driver's License.
COVID-19 Vaccinated.
