Likewise, monitoring cancellations and organizing medical appointment slots are daily duties.
These professionals must also possess strong communication and computer skills to juggle multiple patient appointments and maintain minimal errors in their scheduling system.

Responsibilities:
Maintain surgical scheduling system Schedule patients for surgical procedures Complete patient paperwork for scheduling Schedule diagnostic work pre- or post-operation Ensure that all required equipment is ready for appointments Verify physician orders for appointments Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Associate's degree preferred 1
years of surgical scheduling experience Proficiency with word processing software Who We Are:
