Ideal candidate will be organized with attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to work well as a team.
Responsibilities:
Working with/drafting legal correspondence, pleadings and other documents Filing Receiving, scanning, labeling and distributing mail Electronic and paper file management Answering 4 line telephone system and other reception duties Client intake Opening new files Communication with clients, insurance companies, law firms and courts Gathering and organizing medical records Scheduling - Dealing with Medicaid and Medicare liens $17-$23 per hour.
Salary commensurate with ability, experience and education.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
