The Customer Service Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the organization, alongside the outside sales team, in order to support current business, and achieve overall customer satisfaction.
These support activities may include, but are not limited to, internal and external customer interaction, creation of quotes and quote letters, presentations, processing customer purchase orders, dealing with plant, supplier, and logistic matters, as well as maintaining the integrity of documents and data files.
