The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will interact with customers via phone and email, answer questions and provide product information.
The CSR will also assist in the identification of customer needs and will follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
Interact with customers via phone and email Answer customer questions about products, pricing, returns, and other issues Provide product information including weight, price, features, and availability Handle customer complaints and provide solutions or alternatives Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction Generate sales by contacting interested customers and promoting products Develop relationships with existing and future customers Maintain a clean work environment Skills:
