Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of cleaners to ensure efficient and high-quality cleaning services - Train new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols - Assign tasks and schedule work shifts for the cleaning staff - Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of assigned areas, ensuring they meet established standards - Perform custodial duties as needed, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders when necessary - Coordinate with other departments to address specific cleaning needs or requests - Handle customer inquiries or concerns regarding cleaning services Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel or commercial cleaning, preferably in a leadership role - Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices and procedures - Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards - Ability to effectively communicate and work with a diverse team - Solid understanding of custodial and sanitation practices - Leadership skills to motivate and guide the cleaning staff - Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively Note:
