(Supervisory or management experience preferred as a prerequisite for consideration).
Responsibilities of an Assistant Operations Managers include:
Provide excellent customer service to members and provide a timely resolution for any escalated issue.
Meet and exceed revenue goals while still providing a high level of customer service.
Provide a friendly, clean, well maintained state-of-the-art facility to enhance the member's experience.
