In this role you would be servicing stores in the territory by building displays, stocking shelves and coolers, consolidating back rooms, properly rotating product, removing out-of-date product, following brand order, utilizing P.O.S., ensuring product accessibility, and maintaining safety standards (clean as you go). We have several positions available; which include some weekend work. Merchandisers are also responsible for the following:
Communicating with drivers, account managers, supervisors and store personnel on important deliveries / displays and resets.
Looking for incremental opportunities for displays and/or improve display locations.
Execution of Service - Exceed executional standards, satisfy customer needs/wants, continuity (same face/same store), rapport, and quality reputation.
Promoting and participating in Innovation for the purpose of providing suggestions and ideas throughout the organization to create something new, different, or better.
Attending month safety meetings.
Following all safety policies and procedures in compliance with all local, state and federal safety regulatory agencies.
Job requirements are:
Successfully passing a pre-employment physical/drug and alcohol screen.
Successfully passing a criminal background check.
Valid NYS Driver's License (less than 3pts).
Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a continuous basis.
Must be able to travel frequently from one customer location to another in the Western New York area.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
