1N071 THIS IS AN AIR RESERVE TECHNICIAN (ART) POSITION Applicants for this position must currently be a member of the Air Force Reserve or willing and eligible to join the Air Force Reserves. This means, be ready, willing and able to wear the military uniform and be activated should the need arise.Incumbent must meet and maintain Air Force Reserve requirements. The incumbent's regular assignments are primarily ART duties; however, the incumbent may also be assigned some non-ART duties, generally not to exceed 30 percent of total responsibilities. Work schedule will be aligned to allow the incumbent to function fully on unit training assembly (UTA) weekends. Incumbent may be required to fly in military and commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty (TDY) assignments. 1N071 In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions. Experience:

Subject matter knowledge of ISR procedures, methodology, techniques and strategies including but not limited to:
electronic, imagery and signals intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance computer systems and software as they apply to AFRC ISR processes. AND https:

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Subject matter knowledge of ISR procedures, methodology, techniques and strategies including but not limited to:
electronic, imagery and signals intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance computer systems and software as they apply to AFRC ISR processes; targeting processes; ISR planning; command, control, and communications protection and monitoring; ISR data collection management; and validation and production requirements managment procedures. 2. Broad knowledge of military structure, with specific emphasis on USSOCOM/AFSOC/AFRC subordinate units and command activities and functions, as well as political affairs and history regarding assigned area when analyzing intelligence data. 3. Mastery level of knowledge and expert skill in developing and applying analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution ofreal or potential security threats to or problems for program operations. 4. Ability to conduct internal intelligence training sessions and prepare instructional materials. 5. Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with individuals and groups within the office as well as outside the immediate work unit. 6. Ability to expertly communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, under both normal and extremely high stress conditions associated with emergency situations. PART-TIME OR UNPAID

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
